I just wanted to text you and let you know that my senior capstone professor nominated me to present my research project at Fairfield’s student research symposium! Only 25 students from the College of Arts and Sciences get nominated, and the symposium was yesterday, and it went really well! I was just thinking of you because, honestly, AP Seminar and Research prepared me SO much more for that capstone than any class I’ve taken in college. Throughout the whole course, my professor was kind of shocked that I already knew how to do and write out all the steps of the research process while most of my classmates were still figuring it out. So I just wanted to say thank you, your classes four years ago really made a difference and helped me so much this year!
